The Advanced Microscopy and Imaging Facility (AMIF) at the Center for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) is established with one of the first laser scanning confocal microscopes in the country. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a wide range of biological imaging techniques, including confocal and multi-photon microscopes, fluorescence correlation spectroscope, atomic force microscope, super-resolution microscopes, Raman microscopes, light sheet microscopes, live cell imaging system, TIRF microscopes, and various upright and inverted fluorescence microscopes with deconvolution software, high-speed, and 3D stereo imaging capabilities. The facility is available to CCMB researchers and external users. You can visit us at Room No. Can be found in C-104. For detailed information regarding equipment, please see the ‘Equipment’ tab.
